Sessions typically last 45min.

4. Is massage therapy safe?

7. Will I feel sore after a massage?

9. Is massage therapy covered by insurance?

Some insurance plans may cover massage therapy. Check with your insurance provider to see if your plan includes massage therapy benefits, and we can provide the necessary documentation. Currently, Ren is able to do direct billing for Alberta Blue Cross, Sun life, Telus E-Claim.

10. What should I do if I feel uncomfortable during the massage?

Your comfort is our top priority. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, whether due to pressure, temperature, or any other reason, please let your therapist know immediately so adjustments can be made.

11. Can I still get a massage if I’m pregnant?

Yes, prenatal massage is specifically designed for pregnant women and can help alleviate the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Be sure to inform your therapist about your pregnancy and how far along you are.
